CHEVROLET LUMINA

The Chevrolet Lumina sedan, coupe and minivan were first introduced in 1989 for the 1990 model year as a new range of vehicles from the Chevrolet brand of General Motors to replace the Chevrolet Celebrity sedan, and the Monte Carlo coupe. The Lumina was an answer from General Motors to the Ford Taurus. Lumina coupe and sedan models were built at the Oshawa Car Assembly plant, in Ontario, Canada while the Lumina APV was built at the former North Tarrytown Assembly plant, in North Tarrytown, New York. The Chevrolet Lumina had the longest length from any other W-body car at the time.

Consumers were ultimately confused by having two different vehicles (the Lumina sedan and the Lumina APV minivan) share the same name, and the concept was eventually dropped when the Lumina APV was replaced by the Chevrolet Venture in 1997.

The namebadge is also used on a variety of vehicles in the Holden Commodore family sold in the Middle East and South Africa.

CHEVROLET IMPALA

The Chevrolet Impala will be updated for the 2014 model year, with sales expected to begin in the first quarter of 2013.The tenth-generation Impala is larger and more upscale than the existing model (sharing the extended Epsilon II platform with the Cadillac XTS) to reduce price overlap between Impala and Malibu, similar to how the Ford Taurus and Ford Fusion are positioned in Ford's lineup. The next generation Impala was launched at the New York Auto show in April 2012. It will be assembled in Oshawa, Ontario, Canada, where the current Impala is produced, and at the Detroit/Hamtramck Assembly in the US.

On April 4, 2012, General Motors released a public media article covering the 2014 Chevrolet Impala at the New York International Auto Show. The new Impala is described by General Motors as "a reestablishment of a popular, enduring and iconic nameplate with a new outlook on style, comfort, efficiency, and safety". A new exterior and interior emphasizes Chevrolet's new design direction, and features a more fluid structure with sweeping body contours and a much-improved, flush, and flowing interior according to GM.

CHEVROLET CAMARO

The Chevrolet Camaro is an automobile manufactured by General Motors under the Chevrolet brand, classified as a pony car and some versions also as a muscle car. It went on sale on September 29, 1966, for the 1967 model year and was designed as a competing model to the Ford Mustang. The car shared its platform and major components with the Pontiac Firebird, also introduced for 1967.

      Four distinct generations of the Camaro were developed before production ended in 2002. The nameplate was revived again on a concept car that evolved into the fifth-generation Camaro; production started on March 16, 2009. General Motors has made product placement, or embedded marketing, deals for the Chevrolet Camaro in numerous media.The vehicle mode of the fictional character Bumblebee in the 2007 film, Transformers, is first depicted as a 1977 Camaro and later a fifth-generation concept variant. A modified fifth-generation Camaro reprises the role of Bumblebee in the sequels, Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen and Transformers: Dark of the Moon.
